Position Overview: The External Reporting Associate will assist in the preparation, review and filing of all financial reports in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations. Reports include 10-K, annual shareholder report, Proxy, 10-Q, 8-K, 11-K, broker-dealer financial statements, pension plan financial statements and various US Treasury and banking regulatory reports.  This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining financial reporting department workpapers, formalizing departmental processes and developing working relationships and communications flow across the entire organization.
