Frank Cappella is our Founder and President. Frank has spent close to a decade as an industry leader within search and placement. His wide breadth of industry knowledge, innovative skills and consultative approach has fostered long relationships across multiple industries. Frank's experience includes long term candidate development, which he couples with our clients' desire and commitment to be the leaders within their respective industry.

Frank career started within Retained Search.  Learning the value of research within the search model gives Frank a unique perspective on how to execute time sensitive and confidential searches. 

Frank now recruits mostly on a contingency basis, which allows his service the exposure to multiple industries concurrently.  Frank has placed professionals from staff up through C level.  He can provide recruitment expertise within the Accounting, Finance, Media, Marketing, Consumer Products and Medical industries.   

Rebecca Barber, Senior Recruiter/Client Relations

Rebecca earned an MBA in Marketing from Regent University.  Prior to finishing her MBA, Rebecca began a career in finance at Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup) where she worked in Operations as a dividend representative; then followed by a stretch at Scudder Investments where she served as a portfolio assistant for the Private Investment Counsel group. Rebecca took interest in recruiting while in graduate school and soon was hired as a senior recruiter to the School of Business admissions department. Rebecca has since recruited for Aquent, a talent agency for marketers and designers, as well as for Morgan Stanley in their Finance Division and other Infrastructure areas. Rebecca has extensive experience recruiting accounting, auditing, finance and marketing professionals at all levels and currently recruits on a contingency basis at CoalesceSearch

 

Jacqui Tedaldi, Senior Recruiter/Client Relations

Jacqui Tedaldi earned an MBA from St. John’s University and started her career in Human Resources at Citigroup where she supported the Private Client business.  She moved on to Morgan Stanley where she recruited for the Financial Control Group and other Infrastructure areas.  Jacqui has experience in recruiting for senior level executives, campus recruiting and program management.
